hmmm, went to HLJ and it looks like pre-orders don't start until november 2nd, do they offer bulk discount rates? Maybe we could MO it or something? Until Nov 2nd?? *checks page* That's weird... I already have it on pre-order! I ordered it the same day I posted the link here... See:  As for MOs, that's something I've always dearly wanted to hold for our forum, but we'd need someone who lives in the country that the store we'd be ordering from is. If I were to do it, the recepient would have to pay for shipping to the UK and then shipping from the UK to their country... it would work out much more expensive! I'd consider doing it for websites based in the UK, or from any website for recepients already in the UK... that's the only way I can see that me doing an MO would work out cheaper... Having said that, it may not be impossible... if anyone has any ideas regarding MOs let me know and maybe we can work something out. |

I'm thinking they might have postponed the preorder not knowing how many they were going to get in. Assuming this zoid is very popular, they might have gotten a large number of preorders and consequently closed it to ensure those who pay get a zoid.
Yea shipping is the main problem, the only way I could see an MO working for us is if they were to hold a promotion for free shipping. Though it's very rare for that to happen for overseas shipping at least because it's so high.

Assuming this zoid is very popular, they might have gotten a large number of preorders and consequently closed it to ensure those who pay get a zoid. Could be, I think I got it on early bird discount too so it possibly won't have that when it comes back on order. As for ensuring only those who pay get one, that would be difficult for HLJ to do, since you don't pay for the order until it's ready to ship. |

Pre-Order, I think, well was going to pre-order this guy today but then whacked my car bumper and cracked it. The car's still usable and it was only a small crack, but my parents are all like, fix it now. So no zoids for a while... WTF?!?! why did my dad have to put a boulder next to my drive way for "decoration" now I have to pay like a 1000 dollars to get the bumper fixed. *seething* sorry I'm just really mad, I have enough to pay for it but this virtually drains the money I've been saving up for over a year now.  |

That's terrible. >_< Stupid decorative boulder, that IS stupid putting it near where cars are going to be, and heck, I was driving around with a virtually destroyed bumper for a few months before I just had to trade my honda in. >_<   And it was worse than the pictures made it look. I drove with that for ... about a month or two, before the Honda failed to pass inspection and needed a $500 CV Axel repair. (Just after a $400 combo switch repair a month before the fender-bender.) I reluctantly traded him in, figuring with all the money I was putting into repairs, I should just pay for a new car. He was 15 years old, there's a chance he would've just died after the CV Axel repairs. ^^; |

ouch >.< mine's not nearly that bad. I was looking up replacement bumpers last night and they're only about 100 dollars and I think I may try to install it myself so it won't be too bad, I have to see what my dad wants to do. I'd take pictures to share but its really cold outside here and we have about a half foot of snow.

Ya, my parents sold my Jeep when I went to college figuring I didn't need it anymore, wtf? XD I can't have a car at the dorm cuz you have to keep it in the parking garage across the street and it's way too expensive. So now when I come home, I have to rely on my friends to go anywhere -_-b
