Some PAL TVs will play NTSC anyway, or the ones I've used did. it can't hurt to try. (The other way around is much rarer, maybe 'cause PAL has more lines?)
I can read a small amount of Japanese, though not well enough to properly translate manga D:.

Most of the newer PAL TVs can. ^-^ My living room TV which is newish, can take NTSC, like Zoids Battle Legends, but the upstairs one which is much older, can't. |

No I had to pay another $10 for shipping, but still a good deal considering someone wants 190 USD for one on amazon, and that doesn't include shipping. -_- A little outrageous if you ask me. I am curious to see what kind of condition the box will come in since the model was considered 'substandard' which means all parts are present but the box is damaged. Though last two 'sub standards' I bought from there just had a little wear around the edges. |

HLJ has the Zoid brand new for 4800 yen, which roughly amounts to $52.97, and that's without shipping from Japan, so that's not bad at all! |
