Ah. I always say if you can't design well on both then you're not a good designer XD
If I did get a mac, it'd have to be dual boot.

Ss, ooo, I like your idea there, makes me cackle. XD
I wouldn't get a mac because the mac side would never be used. XD

The darker background makes it easier to see.

Oh yeah. Big time. I wasn't bad on the mac cuz the lighting is bright in class, but here the room is dark with only xmas lights for lighting so the white kills. I usually always paint on a desaturated colored background.

Got the head done now. (And poof! I am yet on another computer! At home now. Photoshop CS). I tell ya, the cheek armor piece are really weird drawn in this perspective. They look off, but they're not

O-o super jealous. I wish 1) I could color in Photoshop like that 2) color like that in general and 3) draw zoids as well as you do. It's looking very nice!

Koenig Wolf's head is weeeird indeed. The wide cheek bits, the jaws of Opens Way Too Far...
You don't need to buy an Apple to run Mac OS if you're willing to be careful about hardware and go a bit mad. HACKINTOSH. </has never actually done>

The Konig Wolf looks good, there a detail appears to be missing on left cheek (KW's left). It could be just perspective.
I just want to cuddle the liger chu.
Celtic Zoid probably kill me because I own a mac. I don't find lot different between the two. I often work with my mac and my mom's pc (windows).

Koenig Wolf's head is weeeird indeed. The wide cheek bits, the jaws of Opens Way Too Far... Exactly. They just look really odd XD Here's the ref pic I used for the head. You can really see that weird perspective good. And now I see many things I need to fix. O wellz, I got close enough -_-b

It looks nicer on a non-white BG
I found that with a lot of mine too.

Yeah white is often times way too contrasting.

Also, Glowey doesn't like white BGs very much.

Also, Glowey doesn't like white BGs very much. Not at all DX Anyway... I'M FINALLY DONE DRAWING THIS THING MWA HA HA HA!!!!!!! *can finally go to sleep* Alright, so I've been working on this nonstop since yesterday, my version of Lord Gale! So some of you might know how Lord Gale is one of my favorite zoids, but I hate blox. Sooooo I decided to redo him in the super needlessly complicated detailed style of the Five Star Stories mechs. Now I want to draw other zoids in this style. It's both challenging and beautiful. Inspirational song (from one of my fav games): Ikaruga - Butsutekkai (Boss Theme) I think because the boss in general reminded me of Lord Gale Detail of the torso/neck: Hand detail (and yes, that is Burton sitting on LG's hand): Oh and if you don't know Five Star Stories: www.gearsonline.net/fss/mh/mh-name.phpList of all the mechs. It's pretty unique being so highly detailed and having both female and male mechs. The Lord Gale drawing was mostly inspired by the Jagd Mirage and Engage SR-1.
