I shoulda explained more X3 Anyway it's suppose to be squished like that because the project was to do a distorted caricature styled portrait and her eyelashes and hair were the main features I wanted to poke some fun at. This is the pic I worked off of and I was basing the style around C.F. Paine's art like this portrait.
