@ Deathy >>> Actually, could you dissasemble it anyway if it's not too much trouble? Or at least remove the legs and tail along with the sticky out stuff on top (cockpits, and those weird movable things on the sides)... That way it's less prone to breaking when in the mail. By the way, I remember the tail uses one of those big sturdy clips to clip onto the body. I not sure if that parts is really removable without breaking, so if you can find a way around that... Sure I can. And I'll try working around getting that tail removed.

New friends! I'll take some new shelf-pics later for the opening post. I bought a Salamander as a present for a friend's birthday, so I had to get myself one too. I must say, although Krark's colours are superior I really like the blue/grey as well. The Redler is a Zoid I've been eying before... Somehome he always appeared too toy-like when I saw pics of him. But I finally got one just because they feature so heavily in Chaotic Century. I must say, I rather like the little guy now. The Guysack, well, he was cheap from the same seller as the Redler. I'm not thrilled by his movement and colours but the shape looks cool. I also like all the little extra's he comes with. I wanna thank Tilly for getting me the Gordos and Gorhecks (and the other stuff not in these pics)! They're both awesome... Gordos is now one of my favourites. And Gorhecks is just so well thought-out with all the details. I even like his colours with the green, grey and clear orange!

Nice new group you have there!
Gotta say the Gordos and Gorhecks look great next to one another ;3

Yeah, I thought same when I put them like that. It's like Gorhecks is a baby of Gordos. If only his fins were silver it would have been perfect.

Guess you could always airbrush them silver if you really wanted to XD;

I could, but I like them how they are. It goes well with the scheme. Just not with the Gordos. I do have an other interesting plan by the way: Remember that gold Gordos from Guardian Force? The one with the jammer-pole laucher thingy on it's back. I took some screengrabs as it would be interesting to try and recreate it. The only problem is that I'd have to find a way to make the fins on the Gordos movable, so they can be lay flat. The easiest would be to try and obtain an extra set of fins and just mod them for that purpose. An other problem is that I actually don't want to paint the poor Gordos gold. Gold Gordos is cool, but green Gordos is how I got to know him.

Oooo that would be wicked to make! For the fins to be movable like that, I know there are some good Gundam and Armored Core pieces that would work. The only problem with that is how many you would have to get ^^;

Eight. After that two pairs of find are removed for the launcher, and the ones on the tail remain raised.
But to make them like they are in the animé I'd have to cut the fins themselves up as well. Darn, the laucher is easy enough to make, but those fins are a problem even if I make them static. Maybe I should just start on the launcher sometime and if that goes well ask at Zoidpoison if someone has a spare set of fins.
Hell, this would even be interesting to make as a resin upgrade now that I think about it. Or has something like this already been released sometime?

Yeah, would probably be a good idea to look around for spares. Don't think there's a resin upgrade. I've never used resin myself so can't help you there. Would be cool if you could cast your own fins to fit your need. Again can't help there. I'm more of a scavenger/chop shop customizer ^^;

Nice new lot of Zoids! I have an incomplete Cannoneer Gordos, I'll never be able to restore him

He's missing a lot of things for his back. Everything needed to hold those spines (he's got a few), his Supercannons, Old Republic set (can be stolen off Gojulas Mariner/Ogre or Salamander Bombvern) to hold the cannons, a little piece that goes in his neck to make him open/shut his mouth ^^; Hence why he'd be rather HARD to restore ^^;

LOL, yeah, so he's basically an incomplete basic Gordos just in different colours? Poor guy... Yus... I didn't want to give him away. But I don't know what I can do with him. He's just too incomplete and I doubt anyone'd have spare Gordos parts.

Yeah, and getting the extra weapons is practically impossible. I'm getting the required Gordos fins from Ghosty by the way, in exchange for my old stiffened Krark caps. So it looks like my plan is ON!
