Back on topic... how come Shield Ligers in GF seemed so pitifully weak? Or am I the only one who noticed?

I think the turning point for Shieldligers from strong to weak was facing against the death saurer. Why are they done like that, no clue. -_-; It's kinda sad how they turned so quickly.

Another instant fail... they never really explain what happens to Raven after the Geno Saurer dies. I for one am really curious as to how the heck he didn't die. :/

Well, you have to think, those basic survival instincs remained...so did Shadow...I can see a certain winged black organoid hunting for Raven.

Me too, but still. He was really hurt after the Geno Saurer's explosion, and I don't see Shadow being a great medic. ^^;

We only know of the scar, remember, Shadow managed to get Raven out.

... yes, as Llama/MatrixDragon enlightened us on dA, Raven has scars on both his hands. We just only see the scar on his right, apart from one deleted scene in episode 42 in the japanese version. :/

Theory time!

The controls exploded while Raven was holding them, causing those ghastly scars that he kept ripping open with his fingernails (not in dub). Shadow did manage to bail him out and save his life (you can catch a small glimpse of him doing this), but yes, Raven was probably hurt in more ways than one from the explosion. My guess is Shadow dropped him on some doctor's doorstep in some random village, who then helped him recover.. sorta. Raven was workin' some serious brain injuries there.

But those're just my little thoughts I've had rolling around.

Another fail? EVERY PTERAS GETTING SHOT DOWN. They're cute, but I can't take those things seriously.

lol yeah. And Llama, I like your theory about Raven and Shadow. And also, I don't remember, but in the anime can Organoids heal their partners? They can in the manga, I know that, but not sure if its the same in the anime. :/
