Pirate's Zoid Dump!

Decided on a combination of desert and snow, predominately desert though. Nomnom. I might do a mainly snow version in a bit, but without any of the extra weapons because, blades just look silly, CPC + snow = bad idea, nothing can move very fast in snow anyway, so boosters would be stupid and unnecessary. Also, he already has wrist blades!



I'm thinking Desert Stalker or Sand Stalker.

I would go with Desert Stalker. Sand Stalker makes me think of those bug-looking things in Star Wars... Ya know, the ones that attack Luke...

Cale (human/zoidian) and Aeon (organoid). Cale looks far too much like a 10 year-old girl in this picture... Actually whenever I draw him he looks like a 10 year-old girl. Hrmm.

And I think I may have changed the sides of Cale's markings

Now how did I miss seeing these two! Definitely loving the desert color scheme! And yeah, Cale does look like a girl in that pic. At first glace I though his markings looked like eyelashes ^^;

I seem to have an issue with genders, my art teacher mistook one of my lady characters for a man and my mate's knight character, Alexander, for a woman. Though I do have a feeling that that has something to do with the fact that the lady (who has no name) has very short hair and Alex'boi has very very long blonde hair. That and my human anatomy sucks.

Speaking of anatomy! I've been playing with the anatomy of one of my most favourite zoids. Trying to give a helcat a more panthery (and generally more feline) sort of look. This is what I got.

Looks sweet! The far barrel on the chest gun looks a litt too far up though. Makes it look a little too wide I think.

Hope you're going to colour this sometime.

If you're trying to make it more panther anatomy correct, then I'd watch the metatarsal length on the hind leg. Panthers actually have a really short metatarsal length ;3

Here's some cat thingy, that looks quite a bit like the cat thingy I uploaded earlier, but less pointy. Its based a leedle bit off helcat in its body shape. The anatomy sucks though, I wish life had a horizontal flip button :/
