lol XD I remember when I went to see the Golden Compass (OH GOD WHY) everyone around was just giggling at me because I was making sarcastic comments the entire way through. When that... weird evil lady went "Lyra, there's something I have to tell you." I just had to go "I. AM. YOUR. FATHER!!!" I am amazed that we didn't get kicked out of the cinema >_> Never saw it, but I tell you my first reaction to the newest legacy trailer... Man: I'm not your father... Me: What is this, some twisted form of Star Wars? "Luke, I'm not your father, I'm your UNCLE." |

I think Sorcerer's Apprentice is worth seeing, yea. It gives a neat take on sorcery, has some funny moments so it isn't too serious, but it isn't so funny you lose the story in the humour. Also has a part that mirrors Fantasia's "Sorcerer's Apprentice" XD I'd go into more details, but I'm always worried my reviews border on spoileriffic...
Also has an oriental dragon for a short part. *eyes Deathy*
And metal eagles.

I went to see Scott Pilgrim Vs The World last night (it only came out last night here) and it was THE BEST THING EVER. Not as good as the comics but so freakin' goooooood! Now I just need to procure a PS3 or '360 to play the game on...

I'm jus gonna wait till i can rent it on dvd. everyone who seen it i know said it's pretty cool which really surprised me because after seeing just a preview i thought it looked pretty pathetic... seems i can be a poor judge |

Hahaha, Gucci is so funny. XD It's amazing how much personality snakes can have... I was giving her a little soak to help her with her shed, and apparently she's not fond of these. A little water got on her head, and she looped a coil over her head and backed out of it, wiping her head. XDD She also likes it when I sing/hum (I'm not really trying, plus I suck at singing so I apologize if you can actually hear it. XD) Notice how she rests her head beside my neck when I sing or hum. It's really funny considering snakes are mostly deaf. XD (The squeal is because her tail slips down my shirt and tickles me.) ETA let's add to this that she has had her revenge for all the times I tickled her by tickling me!   Yes, she is IN my shirt. And her tail is by my underarm while her head is by my neck. If she moves, I squeal |

@ghostie. Maybe, and yes. Now For a rant of a weird and a little disturbing variety... I might have to drop EGR131 just for my wellbeing's sake because goddamnit, if I disappear on the 13th, it's likely because I got killed in a f**k**g car accident. Last week, I got lost three times, it began to rain bad and I was 30 minutes late. This week, my f**k**g rearview mirror FELL OFF MY GODDAMN WINDSHIELD. So I had to get glue and ducttape. Was 20 minutes late. Well, it's crappy dollar tree glue and ducttape so the glue did bullshit and the ducttape stopped working after 3 hours of sitting in the parking lot while I did class so the entire drive home I was slapping the goddamn windshield to get the fucktape to stick. Damn I hate to see what happens next class-day.  ETA: There is NOTHING wrong with the class itself. It is most interesting and fun but goddamnit, my luck GETTING to this class, it's going to kill me! Stupid almost-2-hour-drive. Or it should be less than 90 minutes, but hell, I'll leave at bloody four o'clock and some bullshit happens and I am 20-30 minutes late for the 6 o'clock class! |

And that's why I chose to live in the dorms and not commute. I don't think the car I had would have made it XD Woulda been an hour+ commute for me.

Problem with dorm living is that this is the only class I take this semester. One class. One day a week. My job is over here. Class is over there. Either way, commute is inevitable.
My car can handle it! It's the rearview mirror that can't! ... Any chance to fix a rearview to the ceiling so it doesn't fail by glue?

Hmmm. I personally would just check to see if Walmart or an auto parts store would have something for that rather than standard glue. I'm guessing they would have something heavy duty for that kind of stuff. Hopefully the price won't be ouch.

I'm nearest to an advanced auto (going up to Wal Mart may save me a buck or two, but I guaran-damn-tee you that buck would be spent thrice on gas to get there), so I'm going there tomorrow first thing.
I'm going to also stop by the body shop place to ask my "can I replace this window-mounted rearview with one that can be fixed onto the ceiling?" question. That and get a pricecheck on a repaint. I'm not liking how the paint looks on the back of my car, but it's no priority.
