The little joint at the halfway part of the tail that lets it swing left to right. I just super glued the sucker XD

I just super glued the sucker XD Am so glad to hear i am not the only one  , I had to apologise to my saber and yea am so hanging out for these yamato's , I knew something looked different about their shape and after looking at those back curve diagrams i like it. i just hope the joints don't come off easy |

More photos! Its amazing how anime-accurate this guy is  It doesn't say anything about the scale here, I can't remember where I heard he was going to be 1/60. Check that tail!

Wow that looks like it's gonna be so sweet! The tail seems like it's more of a wire and I'm sure Ghostie will like how you can pose him so he doesn't have that really sloped back XD
I am liking this Shieldy's style over the HMM.

The posy tail makes Ghostie very happy, but I do worry that if it is wire, it might snap eventually. We'll have to wait and see what it's made from. The back doesn't look so bad in these pictures either XD
And I agree with SB, this looks much better than the HMM.

Well...the Yamato was the largest, heaviest and most heavily armed battleship ever constructed.
Was a term used to describe people of mainland Japan two centuries ago too, hence 'Yamato-damashii' (The Japanese Spirit).
But...that's not relevant to this at all...

At first I was a little skeptical on the design, especially the lower front legs with the hydraulics sticking out like that, but I really like the design now. Curious to see what color the canopy will be since it seems promo pics have shown it in orange, smoky brown, and a yellowish brown. Also we get 2 of each anime character? Wonder if that means one sitting, one standing or if they're they same and I wonder how they would make 2 different Zekes unless he's a non-movable glob of plastic.  |
