Yeah.
I heard that they're releasing an English Zoids game for the Xbox 360; Zoids Assault or something like that. (Why couldn't they make Zoids VS. III?)
Thoughts?
It's a mission style, and the Zoids you get to use are extremely limited. (Like. . . Command Wolf, Shield Liger, Dark Horn, Zaber Fang, and a couple of others limited.)
Anyone think it's good bad?
Granted I couldn't tell you 'cause I don't have a 360, and I doubt I'll get one, but it's Zoids news and was unposted.

Dang, I'm getting lax in posting Zoids news! Thanks for picking up the slack Roku Yeah, Zoids Assault is an English version of the Japanese X-Box 360 game: Zoids Alternative It's due out in the states on 26th August and, while it does contain a limited number of Zoids (Command Wolf, Shield Liger, Red Horn, Saber Tiger and Dibison) they are heavily customized from the versions we know. (For more info and pictures click here: www.atlus.com/zoids/ ) I'd be interested to try it just to see how the game plays, but since I neither live in the States, nor own a 360, it's doubtful I'll ever get to. It is good though, to see a Zoids video game release outside of Japan after all this time.

Mmmhmm.
You're welcome, Ghostie. :3
It does look interesting, albeit a bit monotonous.
I think it'd be better if you could control the Zoids like in the Zoids Vs. games.
And I think it'd be cool if they added at least one of the known T-Rex Zoids.
But I can't complain.

... I hate zoids games. >_> I hate them. Hate hate hate. yet I love them. Luvluvluv. Because I got a Gamecube ONLY because of Zoids Battle Legends. (Money freaking well spent because I can't seem to stop playing it.) I've considered getting a DS for that game. But I'm not going to get another giant console to clutter my shelf, especially when the zoids choices are sosososo limited. :/ But I clicky the link any way. (Are there more than one game for each console? XDD) Edit: .... the freak? Srsly, the command wolf is missing it's ears, the shieldliger looks blind, the zaberfang's fangs look like plug prongs, the dark horn also looks blind, like he ran into a wall. That's not customizing, that's mauling. And the characters have no FACES. I'm not that dedicated a zoids fan to purchase a 360 for that game. (I might be enough of a fan, if I get enough money, to simply purchase that game, but that is also highly unlikely.) Even if I can't play the game. I have a zoids game for the PS1 that I can't play, it's region encoded for Japan (I'm in America), but hey. XD It adds to my collection.

Ya, when I said: I meant:
They actually had Zoids customised like those at a convention, presumably to promote Zoids Alternative

Those poor Zoids look like they'll do a better job as metal sculptures decorating parks. They also look a bit like those star wars walker-thingies. WTF? (I need a Game Cube and Battle Legends. -_- EDIT: Though, come to think of it, this kinda reminds me of the Age of Empires games in a way...it *might* be cool if I look at the trailer. (But I won't be getting it. Don't got X-box, and I don't think it will see a PC release. No zoids games do. :C)

Ahem. Zoids Legacy was released into Australia and America. Also Battle Legends, but I meant since them... Many new Zoids games have been released in Japan since, but none made it outside! This is the first in a good few years!

Damn, times like this I wish I had a better computer, cuz I take it that it's a flash vid thing. Arg. Depending on how well the graphics and controls, I would buy a 360 just for that. I never really liked X-Box...I actually still don't.
I wish the DS games woulda been released here. DX

It's possible you just don't have the right version of flash to play it... if that's the issue, you can get the latest version hereNot a lot of people seem to like X-Box... and who can blame them! It's made by Microsoft, it's big, it's made by Microsoft, it's noisy, and oh yeah, did I mention it's made by Microsoft? The good thing about handhelds, is that they are totally region free, but, the whole language barrier would be an issue for me... having said that, there's probably translations somwhere on the net

Plus, they often get the red rings of death due to design flaws that cause overheating. Plus awful soldering, I hear. :/ WAK WAK WAK. Why don't they just make a damn Zoids game for the PC? I would KILL an entire population off for a game like Battle Legends for the PC. DAMN EXCLUSIVENESS. D8<

It's fine if you get the fan attachment for it so it doesn't overheat. MY friend has a 360 and the graphics are gorgeous. Watched him play Lost Odyssey on it. Poked him about getting the zoids game, too bad it's only going to be one player.

It's fine if you get the fan attachment for it so it doesn't overheat. As long as it uses an alternate power source, as I hear that if it gets its power through the Xbox, it does more harm. O.o I still lean more towards stuff like Zoids infinity and Battle Legends, but heck, I still wanna see how this game is gonna turn out.
