@ghostie- If you're referring to the pictures on dA those fins were painted by the owner (unless there was a production mistake). All the fins are red on my model. *Relaxes* That's a relief! ^^ So... Am I the only one who's not going to be painting the fins? |

@ghostie- I think so though I don't think we've heard an answer from Celtic yet (not that it was really a question. XD).
I've really gotten into the mindset that HMM's are models compared to their motorized toy brethren. Therefore HMM's can be painted and panel lined while regular zoids are stickered and left.

Having all the parts separated saves a lot of time masking places off or going back to fix mistakes. |

I think it's easier because HMMs are supposed to be painted, even if it's just the detailing. I just leave them as is because I lack the skills, patience and motivation to do so. |

Wait... Am I seeing this right? Two of each set of face fins are brown?? That not too surprising red is a rather difficult color to be red. The red from HMM Saix is only one that was a nice rich shade of red for HMM line. I have to say the quality of colors are improving for HMM kits. What about Great Saber? It's a beautiful shade of red! I haven't even open my HMM Great Saber. I take back the not-enough-red comment, HMM Genobreaker is in nice shade of red, once I dusted him! Namoi's GunSniper comes in two different shades red that are not bad. I just got my BL Mirage today, haven't decided if I going to paint the red bits. They didn't looks too bad, they will certainly pops from the silvery pearl bits. |

I agree Ghostie they are very time consuming to paint, detail, etc. I'm a really patient person and they even test me. Currently I have an original Blade Liger, original Sabre Tiger, and Lightning Saix in progress. >.> |

Awww yeah, that's some pretty awesome art! Gonna hold of though, I think. At least to see if they're releasing the CASes for it.
I'm just waiting for the inevitable Berserk Führer, and hoping for a Storm Tyrann as a limited. *wants a Storm Tyrann so bad*
