Hmmm...I blame Prince of Persia partially... Desert town/city, on a slight hill, very dusty. Was meant to meet someone there to do some kind of mission of sorts, but figured that this was an evil plot (something to do with a cursed arm brace or necklace, can't remember which) and fled on horseback whilst fighting off a giant scorpion (Probably those bloody Giant Radscorpions from Fallout 3). Then returned to the village that I came from (which was in a temperate, almost Scandinavian climate) only to find that one of the bad guys was already there and posing as a good guy. Trying to warn the villagers didn't work so it was a case of trying to find out his plan. Seemed to indicate that it would be to break a dam to flood the village, but after trekking to the dam it turned out that that was a false ploy and on returning the village was already under attack and mostly on fire. There was some random girl who was the love interest of this rather clichéd dream who I had to try and rescue but something went wrong, her mother died and when I put her on a boat to try and get her out of the village (which was next to a lake) the boat sank and she died. Bad end. So, in the dream I restarted and checked the boat first (because by now the dream was playing out like an RPG) only to find that the boat was full of holes (probably from the battle taking place around us), so that was out of the question...so it would probably have to be horse... And then I woke up and had to go to work

o.o
I had a dream the night before, it was... odd XD
In it, I'm like... 6 or 7 years old. And lives in this big city with other kids. We were looking out of the big window at dawn (or something). Then there was a sudden formation of greyish clouds, and flame balls came flying down, destroying buildings pretty explosively. Once we saw some was coming closer we all ran to the end of our beds and I pulled over my Dolphin Minke blanket (very same one I have now!) to cover myself. Got entirely shielded from the shattered glass. Then we were broken up and taken to some homes, I ended up in this big house. People living in it appears to be rich. I didn't like it, so I had some rescue operation planned. And for some reason I invited my rescuers over (they're older people) to take a look around the place. The owners of the house were like "omg you're so grown up to be able to show people around the place" (or something to that effect).
Dunno what else happened because I woke up ._. Bet I got rescued anyway XD Oh and I'll add that in that dream I was fully hearing, no hearing aids or anything |D
It was seriously weird. Because it seemed semi-apocalyptic but it isn't XD

And then I woke up and had to go to work If u didn't have to wake up I'm certain u wouldn't remember it @ dark deathy, yea I've had quite a few apocalypticy dreams when i were younger, they scary. remember one such when I was living in Orange where there is an extinct volcano 'Mt Canobolas', I dreamt it had erupted and i was at school.The lava flow was heading toward us, all i wanted to do was leave but someone always had to go grab something preventing us from leaving and I woke up with that awesome adrenaline rush to the stomach feeling

@apocalypticallydooom dreams=that's what spurred the creation of the Anubis-like dragon the Apocalypse dragon... XD Let's see... December 5th, 2006 is when I logged it... Started out with me getting ready for work and watching TV that had a documentary/news article on a massive skeleton they found at the bottom of an abyss in the ocean. At first they thought it was a statue carved from ancient civilizations, because with the strange starburst pattern on the bones, it just couldn't be a fossil, not to mention nothing could get that big. Then I went to work, which was in a mall, and they built another Dollar Tree in the parking lot of the mall so I had to work with them instead of my Dollar Tree and I hated the typical tinyness of the new one (ours is relatively big for a DT)... And became aware that, even though it was evening, it was getting freakishly hot, even for beach weather... So I left, and the sky was weird red/orange, kinda like a sunset, but it was awfully hazy. So I was driving near to the bridge when a massive, sticky-hot shockwave sent cars flying past me, and I distinctly remember seeing shrapnel and burning flesh flying in the wave, too. When I crested the bridge, I saw what looked like a red, smokey sunset, but within the brightest part of the sunset was a massive, wingless dragon (imagine that with flames. I can't draw fire) that had a snake-like body, pronged tail, and only two limbs (two long arms in the front) and the strange anubis-like head. It was not as large as the skeleton in the abyss, but still larger than Slifer the executive producer. I went onto the island, despite it being on fire, to find my family. We found each other, and had managed to gather some eggs nearby, only to have them hatch into small apocalypse dragons... The smallest stayed with us, somehow ebbing the fires to protect us... The other ones grew to be just smaller than Slifer the executive producer and mom and I and the runt-dragon, which got no bigger than a black racer snake, stayed indoors and hid. When it was all over, the dragons disappeared... We went outside to see that the entire island was decimated, and only seven people (including mom and myself) survived. I still get jumpy going over that bridge during a red sunset. XD;

Intense, makes my apocalyptic ones seem rather tame. Mine usually come in two flavours, Martian attack or nuclear war. I have been heat rayed once by one of my own created Martian war machines, which was a kind wierd sensation.
Anyway, the dream in full (still remember it after 12-13 odd years):
We were living at our house in a small village in Suffolk (not far from where I live now) which is where I was living at the time of the dream. However, the Martians had come and we had to move out before seven o clock in the morning. So we're getting our stuff together and at six in the morning, one of my designed Martian fighting machines appears in our back garden. I am somewhat upset about this, angry in fact and I open the window and shout at the machine that it was too early. This gets me noticed...by an alien killing machine...and it turns its head to look at me. I run into the next room but I'm thrown against the wall and I feel a tingling sensation running up my arms and legs as I'm vaporised. And then I woke up ;D

I run into the next room but I'm thrown against the wall and I feel a tingling sensation running up my arms and legs as I'm vaporised. And then I woke up ;D Oh weird... I hardly feel things in my dreams... Except for one where I was dueling against a rare hunter and the catch was, if I lost, my favourite card would be burned before my eyes, and I didn't want to see Daeron (red Dark Magician) burn, so when the rare hunter's blue eyes fired, I jumped in front of Daeron and felt the lighting rip little pinpoint holes all through my body. That was it... That or some Renegade dreams, but those usually consist of the feeling of flight... I remember in one, I was telling Renegade to open his fingers (feathers, really) in the upstroke so that he wasn't negating the downstroke. XD I've smelled in some... I can only remember one though, maybe because it was FREAKING TRAUMATIC. Started out nice enough... We (as in Renegade and some other people... but I was in Renegade's mind, so...) were riding along in a bus with the windows open, through the mountains, and I was enjoying smelling the crisp mountain air (ah the smell of moist dirt, pine straw, evergreens and leaves... I miss it so), but we had to stop. There were some ruins nearby that looked like something from the old West, can't remember if it was ACTUALLY from old-west days or if it was a set. In any case, it was decrepit and falling apart, but Renegade wanted to explore... While he's crawling on the outside, there was this odd smell that we couldn't put a finger on... up until a board broke under his feet and the smell came rushing out. Rotting flesh. So he tried leaping to another ledge, but it caved and he fell into the stuff... Oh, I did feel in this dream too. It was gross. We landed in something that felt like jell-o with sticks and lumps in it. (DAMN RENEGADE, why no shoes?!) We (Renegade and I in his mind) could see vague shapes around us in the dim light, but dared not look down. Instead, Renegade let this blood curdling scream, managed to spring his way out of the ruins and bolted, never looking back, much less down at his own feet. It was GROSS. I can't remember if it was ever clarified what it was, but we knew enough to be terrified. It was dead meat and we landed in liquified flesh-remains.

I just worked a near 14 hour day today..haven't had proper wind down time either... Good chances I'm gonna be dreaming about driving the truck again... *sigh* Bring on the apocalyptic dreams anynight!

Work dreams are the worst. Had a weird set of dreams last night.. *copypasta from LJ* Weird dream of Ben 10 Ultimate Alien meets Kids Next Door. Ben who is a teenager was helping the KND, dunno why, and Kookie or whatever the older sister's name was, was fighting him, and he used a new alien form I am VERY tempted to try to flesh out... Whatever the alien, the cells it was made of were a strange form... Almost pure energy, but able to solidify or liquefy so no projectiles could truly arm him. He ended up trapped in this form, and it kinda took over, like a more docile form of Ghostfreak. Unlike other aliens, it would shapeshift into different forms depending on its mood. It chose a form that could levitate and had the most defense as it roamed earth, studying the humans... Which it called 'androids' that came from the planet "Andrea" (pfff) and recalled when its species went to Andrea (snrk) for a diplomatic mission and several of them were killed by the androids. well anyway, that was weird. Then there was a dream about the scourge trying to send a plagued orca so that they could plague the whole pod and I as Nishunel had to kill it. It was interesting being IC Nish in a dream, though... Completely incapable of human speak and with animalistic features whatnot.

I am VERY tempted to try to flesh out... Whatever the alien, the cells it was made of were a strange form... Almost pure energy, but able to solidify or liquefy Liquifying FLesh again! lol and I didn't dream about work last night thankfully ... but I did dream about running amongst these trees and through a swarm of midgee things ,so I half woke up slapping my self all over trying to swat them because they were biting me. Then I dreamt my house had a side door and some Guy I didn't know who was in my house opened it and there was a Lion there.. so he screamed and ran off into the back yard and the lion jumped over into next doors yard.... I laughed and wanted to get a closer look so I went to the door and Tried calling 'pus pus pus' .... it was just staring at me. I woke up after that and have been awake since.. half hour before my alarm went off.

XD
Last night I had a raving Zoids dream ._. Nearly half the Zoids are the glowy ones like Soul, Rayse and the Dark Zoids XD
Blame the "Happy Muffin Song" (that was used in that TF Rave Break vid) before I went to bed. However that dream was short because my stupid isomina decided to wake me up 1 hr later.
