Gorgeous work Wolfie The big fins don't stay in one pose very well, a flaw in other wise excellent kit. Ya I noticed that too. Hopefully they'll fix it when the Gold comes out. |

Thanks for the kind comments! ;D lol Lightning saix looks somewhat threatened lol You would feel threaten if somebody bigger and more armed than you showed up on your table. Poor saix doesn't even have a name yet, Drac already has a name. While I was looking for room for Drac on shelf, I found a piece of ammo belt laying next to my HMM Schwalz Tiger. :/ Apparently the ammo belt had disintegrated on Schwalz Tiger, so I took Drac's off. Generally, I don't usually have that problem, all my older zoids' caps are still in good shape. |

The one on my Scwalz, Gimpi, has started to go too, though I was kinda expecting it.
And Vig, Gimpi has never been in direct sunlight. Really I think it's just the angle the rubber sits at, how much stress it's under. For instance, all the pipes on my Heldigunner broke, but the ones on my Dead Border haven't.

Hmmmm.... I know I change the pose a lot and therefore the belt never stays bent one way. Could also just be a bad batch like the ones with the Konig D:

My first Konig had that problem that all the belts dry rotted, but my other Konig's belts are fine so some are just bad? D:

I'm on the same boat with Ghostie. Schwartz (care to guess where his name came from? Not misspelling), my Schwalz tiger, has never been in direct sunlight. I don't think sunlight is problem, maybe batch issue. I just think it the materials it's made of, don't hold up well in different environments.
Four Konig wolves I owned have broken or cracked belts. Strangely, my oldest and first Konig Wolf (Hasbro ver.) only have one belt is cracked. It is usually belts around the neck that breaks on mine, for most of them the waist belts are fine.
I thinking about using springs for replacement, but I need figure out how to attach it.

All the belts on my three Konigs have all broke at one time or another. Every so often I just take them down, take the belts off and painstakingly glue them back together. You don't notice there's a problem unless you look very close XD

Cairo's belt broke too. I'm considering getting some narrow black ribbon and gluing it on the back of all the belts so they're perhaps a little less prone to falling apart.

One of my KW is missing his belts (assume they're broken before I acquired him) and the other still got his belts
