Going with a different color scheme since I can't remember all the colors I mixed together to get that odd red and gold. I've been debating between two schemes and making mock ups of them in Photoshop. The one's close to his original scheme, only pure gold and that glossy, shiny red. And then the other is completely opposite, pearl with a very very small amount of shiny blue, silver, and the purple/blue I'm using for the Command Wolf and light blue highlights. I thought it would be cool to see Hayate run in blue flames O3O

Nice work taking advantage of that. Do you plan on adding the Hayate boosters to your custom?

Got most of Hayate's head done. Did something different for the pant job on the blue ice pieces. Used some gesso with a hard brush to purposely make big visible brush strokes. It gives a really cool cracked ice texture. Hopefully it's visible in the pics. Then the pearl is just craft acrylic that's a mixture of white pearl and metallic blue sapphire.

Flash for SHINY!!!

And I agree he looks just so correct in red. Beautiful Blood red you chose too.
Also with all your drawings you done of him it's nice to know the grumpy fella actually exists in a physical form.
