|D It's Jo Sonja's/Folkart Rich Gold. Craft paint, so clear coating's needed.

OMG it is like a reverse german shepherd! I love it!
EDIT... actually change that I wouldn't even say reverse, the colour scheme is similar to Edgeworths ^_^

Lots of time, patience, best brush possible just don't really get top of the line, just something that is GOOD enough (preferably soft craft brushes as long as they don't lose bristles), and wetting it at intervals keeping minimum water in the bristles to help the paint smooth out. Though sometimes the paint will do fine with lesser water but I find it increases the volume of it a little (saves me a lot of paint). The paint is craft acrylic. Not enamel First layer may look horrible and splotchy. But within 2-3 coatings, they look perfectly fine Be warned if too much water's been in the paint, you will end up with a horrible chalkboard-y feeling but that's easily eliminated by clear coating best done with a spray. (the thinner the paint, the easier it will be scratched by a nail, watch that.) However the method used depends on you, if you're able to keep a very still hand for a good period of time (I have shaky hands when I focus hard) and do it very carefully, it'll turn out nice AND never use hard bristle brushes, they just ruin the work D: Like it kinda did to my Wardick's tail. It had obvious brush lines.

It had obvious brush lines. My problem is when I painted my gold onto my saixs it started to blot in places like run off. And no matter how thin or thick I had it, It still did it. And now I have to start over. ;pissed;

That's what happened to my Wolf in the first layer. You just need to allow it to dry then apply 2nd coat, it will go much better than the first. And if you feel you'd still need another coat, go for it.

Oh nice! Black and gold always look fantastic together!
... but now I'm reminded of the Steeler's going to the Superbowl this Sunday *runs and hides*

Indeed, he's having a gold CP-04 when I get it and find a suitable spray paint so I can spray it while it's on its sprues. Then I'll detail it. (as well as him).
He just needs his visor and foot from Ghostie to fix the rest of him up. Then he'll be one happy custom wolfen.
Lol, footballs are ok. Though I prefer Rugby Union.
