I registered, but given the comments received I don't think any amount of complaint is going to stand up if we can't get permission from the creators of the Zoids games to back it up. I tried looking for loopholes, but I'm afraid I really can't find anything.

And now both sites are down and I'm making one hell of an ass of myself on MyAdopts because NO ONE can quote where Nintendo gives permission to use Sprites, and, while I said in half-truth that double-standards confuse me for the sake of not knowing where the line is, I'm also not going to let them off easily for playing 'favourites'. Just because Pokemon's got a huge-ass fanbase shouldn't make it exempt from the rules that killed Zoids.
