Hmm. Maybe if we go ahead with everyone making banners we should put in a rule that it should either have a transparent background, or that the background should be the same colour as the forum background

Probably wouldn't hurt, along with size details. I always just go with the forum background color instead of transparency to save on file size and thus loading time.
