To my knowledge it isn't. It doesn't have the LTD code like the others do, so until I see something solid that tells me otherwise, I'm listing it with the mass produced.

She also has:

The strange thing is that the blue guns shown on the box aren't included. You either have to paint them, or nab them from the standard.

Those colors are just striking! Same with the Zoids2 Raptor. I just can't get bored with that chrome, shiny red, and black ;D
