He is, but he does sometimes have troubles standing on one leg. Fresh caps can help with this sometimes.

The one from the lot yeah, but he missing a few pieces like his motor and he's got a couple of broken pieces. If someone wants him or parts of him then yeah, he's up for sale. Although they'll have to be quick. I meant it when I said I'm tempted to make a custom out of him XD

I JUST noticed something looking at Liger Zero refs for a commission. On the actual animation model, the body comes down to almost the elbow/knee joints. On the HMM, the body is right below the shoulder and hip joints. I think that's what's making his legs look lanky

I dunno. That would definitely be a factor yes, but there's something about the forearm that's long too.
