 ZOMG HAYATE! Manufacturer: Tomy Motorized: 2 AAA batteries Series: Zoids Genesis Hayate is actually my all time favorite zoid. His design is fast and sleek with a cool melee weapon system and had fire when Murasame transformed into Hayate... and if it has fire, then it has to be good! Though he could use a new paint job ;3 Pros: As I said before, awesome design in general. The blade system is very nice and has a good deal of poseability. I actually like the prebuiltness of the body, cuz building the head of zoids are always a big pain and I like the painting and customizing more than the actual building process. This also leaves less annoying flashes to try and sand or cut off. Cons: Well there's always the usual "flashes in the most pain in the butt places to sand and cut off, but that's always there XD For some reason, it just seem to me like the plastic wasn't up to grade as usual. It seemed like softer plastic and didn't like to snap together nicely (esp the leg armor) and the flimsy soft plastic blades suck (lolza). He likes to shed his armor pieces quite a bit too, mostly the fore leg armor pieces that hold the blades and the jaw piece. But that's nothing a bit of super glue can't fix!Oh, I don't like the clunky booster thing either XD  Front view of Hayate.  Lookeh! Mah blades are out! Ready to kick ur behind!!!  Quite looking at mah butt!  Super special awesome cockpit design  Chaos: "Who are yous?!" lolz, murasame's so cute and little <3 Overall I give the model a 6/10 just because there's a lot of things that could've been better to make it look more like the anime's hayate and the plastic quality just didn't seem to be there for me. Although, this is perfect for a customizing opportunity!!! ;D |

the plastic quality just didn't seem to be there for me. Bear in mind you do have the Korean version there  I wish it had been released with the backpack in brown like on the box though. I was a bit disappointed when I opened mine and saw white. |

Too much white XD ... though there's going to be no more white at all when I done with him |

Is that seriously the size of Murasame vs Hayate?! Hayate uses the same chassis as Murasame so the actual Murasame kit is the same size. The Murasame in Shadow Blade's photo is a Legends Blox mini Murasame ^-^ |

Is it just me or doesn't model kit Hayate remind you of McDonalds? Something with those bright colors. xD Wish I would have picked these guys up before they became so rare.
Same thing with Rainbow Jerk, the model was different from what was pictured on the box. Noticed it when I went to sticker. And Soul Tiger has the same plasticy problems, he has bendy claws! lol
Can't wait to see what you're going to do with him! and will he be posable?
