So, randomness, do you have a zoid that holds particular sentiment, and I'm not talking about first-zoids.
I've gotten particularly attached to my Quama recently for ... um... Political reasons... So I can't explain why, not to mention Ghostie knows how frustrated I get explaining it. XD;
I'm also quite partial to my Genos, mainly because, the DAY they arrived in the Post Office, I would have a dream the night before with them. With Li'l Geno, it was like having a 1/72 scale Geno Saurer (real one) following me, and when I moved to far ahead, it would shoot out it's little claw and grab my pantsleg to stop me. XD Then when Geno Breaker came, I had a dream where it told me it's name was Tulip, because the pod things look like a stylised Tulip. XD
I also like the Diloforce because it's CUTE and I have a race of people called the Ayenians that utilize dilophosaurus..es... (wow, what's the plural of dilophosaurus?) So I have a couple Diloforces customised to be like two of my Ayenian characters.
Anyone else have special meanings tied to zoids? And please no "i liek cos they COOL" please. XD; I want to know the deeper reasons! Cos I'm an annoying nosey brat like that!

Konig Wolf Apocalypse seems to be my most sentimental zoid... probably because he's my oldest model and he's been to hell and back. Been dropped sooo many times. He was my first poseable zoid I made and my first grunge custom. I think I spent the most time on him so he's going to have that sentimental feel to him.
Raider (saber tiger) is another zoid I seem to be very attached too. I don't really have a story to him or anything, but he's always the zoid I pick up and play with and move around my desk. I'm not sure on my connection with him, but he's one of my top favs. Oddly enough, I don't have the same connection with the HMM Saber Tiger.

Blade Liger BI will always hold a special place with me because he was the first zoid I bought when I got back into zoids after a 5 year hiatus. He's awesome and my cat likes to chew on the blades. lol Needless to say that only happened once. Luckily he didn't cause much damage, just a small mark on one of the blades, Blade Liger is now well out of his reach. Gun Sniper Aeryn is the first zoid I've customized so he'll always be special as I continue to explore the world of custom zoids. @celtic- lucky... my dreams almost never include zoids which kind of sucks. :/ That's so cute with the lil' Geno. I hope he didn't hurt you! @risky- yea I don't really have a connection with my HMM's either, they're just there. The only one that's somewhat sentimental is my Shield Liger Mk. II which was my first HMM and really felt like an accomplishment when finished.

Ah, well... *wasn't referring to firsts* But firsts sentimentiality is why I love Command Wolves so much. XD
My problem with zoid-dreams are, normally when they come, they come when I haven't gotten a model in a while... And usually they involve getting models. And they will attack me night after night after night after night until I finally go to eBay in a cold sweat, and get a zoid. XD;
The Geno-dreams are a couple of the very few non-withdraw-related dreams with Zoids I've had. XD

Sentimental Zoids huh?
Hmm, guess I gotta say my Strike Wolf custom, because I worked so damned hard to get him from his broken, missing parts, played-with-by-a-kid state, to the best custom in my collection
Also my Geno Breaker Jet, since I wanted one for so long, and Electricfox5 got up at 3AM just to make sure no-one outbid me when Phenotype put his up on eBay (Now that's love!)
And Saber Tiger SS because of the broken leg incident (I named him Gimpi... Gaians will know why.)

(ah-HA! Ghostie knows what I mean! XD)
Aww, that is love! And it is nice to repair a broken or incomplete zoid to loved state, like with Tru. ^^

TDP!Dark Horn and Chromejaeger: the person responsible for me having them knows why ;p. Plus...shiny...blue...
Koenig Wolf: I'm not sure why. I just got attached to mine. It's sunburnt a bit (and thus is offwhite, more like a Zero) and a little wobbly, but I've finally tracked down the CPs for it after all this time. It likes to sit on my desk.
Storch: Especially NJR. I went so mad over that rerelease, it was fun being a crazed fan for a little. Somewhere in my LJ's backlogs is a whole post consisting of nothing but "Storch storch storch..." XD.
Out of Zoids I've fixed up, probably Dimetrodon (he came with a broken head, missing bits, and dead motor, and because of how the head broke got dubbed "Explodey") and Gul Tiger (superglued together by past owner, got the motor to work by holding it in my hands and pushing the legs).

Hmmmmm *thinks*
Battlesaurus, because I wanted to restore him (since Helly lost interest in restoring him, iirc?). And he is my first vintage model, released before I was born! He'll be happy to have those tubes replaced when I get that trade with Celtic started!
Wardick (silver), because I have been restoring him from a poor wrecked played by kid shark to a "near new" Wardick. He'll be a lot happier when I get those feet fins and some other parts from Ghostie! ;D
Shadow Fox and Zaber Fang, because they were both my first Zoids. Both still in great condition except for a single broken hardpoint on both of 'em (Zaber's turret had to be blutacked, and Shadow's just a armour hardpoint, nothing drastically cosmetic).
DCS-J and Bone Geno Saurer because I got them by great luck. DCS-J was even luckier. Because a guy was going to buy him but he declined so I jumped on that major chance at the cost of a few extra bucks. Both very special to me.
