Do you ever give distinct personalities to your zoid models? Maybe based on their appearance or just a random personality you decided to give to your zoid?
I've just noticed that I actually have given some of my zoids very distinct personalities. Esp my Hayate Liger. I think Hayate shows the most personality out of any of mine. He's pretty bad for the most part with an attitude and I think that pic I posted on DA after I made him poseable shows it. Hayate and Blitzwing don't really get along to well, although their placed beside each other on my desk >_>;
Konig Wolf Apocalypse is that old war veteran telling all the damn kids to shut up around him and how it used to be different back in the old days. Leoblaze is crazy hyperactive. Chaos Murasame, Shadow Blade, and Xeo are rather quiet and usually just watches everyone else. Ravage and Guntiger have become good friends and like to cause mischief together.
If toys really did come to life like in toy story, I'd have a big problem XD

would make your room very interesting though, i'd install a camera and keep it rolling, would probably get some nice fight scenes!
I do see certain personalities in mine at times, The Brastle is cheeky and playfully acts evil, energy liger would use his size to dominate over others, the shield liger i see as having a straight forward and responsible personality. certain saber tigers would have a cool dude attitude, the sword wolf very protective, the lightning saix would take itself very seriously, the wolves would be brotherly and stick together and the Death Stinger is the quiet one who no one would wanna Piss off ;D

*Points* VIIIIIIIIIIIIIIG!!! The Brastle is cheeky and playfully acts evil Ya, I agree with that! It's that cheeky grin he has! With mine, I see King G as being the kind that would loudly complain about everything. That might be partly due to his really loud screechy roar. I also see my 1:144 scale Bootleg Korando Wolf as one who kicks off easily, since he's smaller than the average Command Wolf

My zoids personality are probably based more on the zoidanoid characters I created. ^^;
Shadow Fox is the serious one, but doesn't mind a good spar for the heck of it, although he's a bit blind to the meaning of fun.
Saix is a hyperactive and almost inappropriate zoid. (Don't ask.)
Joule the Energy Liger is SRS BZNS and doesn't play well.
Gozi the Gojulas is the Garaga of the group (see Zoids Genesis, muscle man that likes to show off, rushes into things too quickly, but has the ability to get things done if he stops being stupid, and has a big heart for his friends).
Camaron the UltraSaurus is an old man who's a bit of a bookworm, quiet unless asked his opinion, and ready to help people. (Gozi, Joule and Camaron make a group of friends... technically they're peacekeeper agents - though how Gozi is a peacekeeper agent, I'll never know.)
Rev Raptor is fiesty and tends to make up for his small stature with a vicious fighting spirit.
Tulip my Genobreaker is a flirty, energetic dude that is quite happy with his weirdness, but has a tendancy to go psycho at inopportune times, which he sometimes emos about.
Qualm the Quama is quietly aggressive and bottles up a lot of stress and anger. He also holds real world political views, but we aren't supposed to discuss that. XD
Then we got the ones based on my characters:
Fivebrand the Diloforce can fight a little too well, (Doesn't like to but he does it to chase people away) but never kills and can slip into emo-dom if alone.
Gijgeju the Diloforce is a psychotic warrior that rushes into things too fast and tends to get really scarred up over that.
Then the two that have personalities not based on anything:
Gunsniper is timid, but curious, and will literally fall to pieces if you startle him. Really and for true, flexied he is.
Fred Munchausen the Fury has Munchausen's syndrom, inflicting unneeded amounts of pain to himself, and hates his backpack unit.

Lol my Zoids does have personalities XD
Ivan the Gustav: He's always pulling 360 turns (I named him after the Crazy Ivans XD if you know the submarine stuff) and getting cargos flying off his trailers. And likes to zoom around. Methinks he's high on something.
Jarost the Berserk Fuhrer: Jarost is supposedly Russian for "Fury". He is always grumpy and plots to take over the entire bedroom then turn all the Zoids to his side to take over the world.
Firestorm the Red Bladey: he loves to laze around but kicks ass in a fight.
Got moar but that'll do for now XD

Well... here's an elaboration on my end. Tulip has moments of psychosis, what being related to Death Saurer (at least in my twisted little world), so he's tried to vanquish that. He's really friendly and nice, though, when he's sane. And almost like a flirt. He enjoys making the ladies (best said like Mung Daal. "Ladiiiieeez." XD) feel special and happy, but deep down inside, he's always worried his reformatting didn't go as planned, so is scared his psychosis will come out. (Yea, I have a whoooole story planned with Tulip, Camaron, Gozi and Joule.) And recently, Liger Zero Midnight Shield made his own personality. As can be seen: He's a flirt too, but in a more serious note, can come off as a jerk, and hates Tyrann. Tyrann is a subdued psychopath, that enjoys destruction, but does have a couple people he's close to... he enjoys fighting with LZMS.
