And how about them Hasbro red bladeys? I hear that it's frequent their tails break off. I know mine did.
lessee... Tulip came missing a 'tulip', but the broken piece was a grey piece. And thanks to help from Ghostie, he's all patched up! As much as he can be at least, without trying to recover the missing tulip.
Or Fury connector parts? Including Tyrann.
Or the rubber belts on Konigs, those are notorious too.
Those are just some of the faults I've heard/experienced.

HOLY CRAP! I read your post, and I saw the rubber belts. So I looked at mine... 3 of them are broken, and one is about to break... >_>
I guess thats what I get for walking my Konig daily for 5 minutes each day...

er actually it doesn't come from walking it, some ppl uses the walking technique to keep the belts in good order, and it worked for 'em... kept them in good order

Strange... oh well, I'm fixing the belts right now with black electrical tape (giggle) I'm taping the behind part, so the look isn't messed up

Walking is more to keep the batteries from leaking. I just take 'em out and occasionally put them back in for most Zoids.
And I have a many year old Koenig with no belt problems...and yet I have a lot of Zoids with caps already going. I wonder how much of that is rubber batch issues >_>.

when they said belt problems, I thought they meant the belt that drives the spinning fan, not the outside ones XD

Yeah I don't have that battery leak issue thanks to making them poseable XD Out of the 3 Konigs I've come to possess, only Apocalypse's belts broke, so maybe it is just a batch issue :/

Don't leave batteries in my zoids for that reason. Though they did last 5 or 6 years in my basement with batteries and no problems. Probably extremely lucky. XD Took my Koenig's belts off yesterday just in case. I think we forgot to mention the main offenders. Bio-zoids. My Volcano's ball joints have seriously loosened up since I got him. It's not uncommon for him to lose a whole arm or leg when I'm trying to pose him. :/

I always wanted to get a bio raptor, but then make my own custom armor for it to make it look like a normal zoid.
Try spray painting the ball joints. It's what I do for loose bionicle joints. That extra layer of paint stiffens it up.

He was as far from the ledge as possible! Yeah, that happened to my Rayse Tiger and Konig. My Griffon Patlabor did a suicide dive onto Hayate today. Broke one of Hayate's boosters off ^^;
