So which game have you played that causes you so much frustration, you want to smash your controller/keyboard?
Personally, games like the old school Castlevanias and Viewtiful Joe can be very frustrating for me to play. But I still keep playing them, just because a game is hard doesn't mean it sucks. And the Castlevania and VJ games are very good games indeed.

Breath of Fire: Dragon's Quarter.
I hate that game, because its save and heal points were few and far between, and you were limited for how many times you could save by how many save tokens you had... for someone like me who saves every five minutes, I found that to be one of the stupidest features ever!
Oh, I didn't care much for Ecco the Dolphin: Defender of the future either. Never did work out how you're supposed to kill that stupid first boss.

Same here XD I love Jak X Combat Racing, but on expert mode, this one course disabled your weapons. So everyone else had their weapons and you can't shoot back. Took me forever to beat.

Kingdom Hearts 2. For ONE REASON. There is one part near the end that I can't get past, and I've tried so many times. None of my friends or my friends' friends can get past it either. Almost everybody I know has the game and nobody had gotten past that one part XD My cousin can't get past it either, it drives us crazy XD

I'm sorry, what? I've never really had a hard time with Demyx or KH2 in general. He kicked his ass like the wuss he is. Oh, and I owned Xaldin like he owed me money.
My suggestion? Reflect is your friend.

Reflect is your friend. I had problems with Demyx the first time round... til I realised that stupid reaction button was staring me in the face, then he was a breeze! I can't remember what happened the second time around, but if he was tough for me I think I would've remembered it. My biggest problem with KH2 was the very very last part of the final battle. I couldn't go to bed til I'd done it though XD

MiG-29 Soviet Fighter Hunt For Red October Both on the NES, both with no restart from same level function. Four strikes and you're out. But, I did love the cutscenes in HFRO and the music in MiG-29, in fact that game is probably why I love the real MiG-29 so much More recently, Hearts of Iron II can be very frustrating when you're trying to invade the Soviet Union as Germany, but then again, so was the real invasion so that's prototypical.

Oh, you putting up the retro games reminds me of a couple of others that used to irk me...
Flimbo's Quest and Saint Dragon for the C64
The furthest I've ever got in Flimbo's quest was level 4, and that was because I got lucky and found a superscroll. Even then I lasted all of 10 seconds before some bird killed me.
(This vid only shows a little of each level. Trust me, completing a level is NOT that easy)
And I've never made it further than halfway through level 1 of Saint Dragon!
(Saint Dragon's tail was invulnerable... his head on the other hand, exploded with one hit)
Saint Dragon kinda reminds me of Zoids in a way, if you look at some of the enemies he has to defeat along the way. (Robotic bison anyone?)

Oh boy, the Commodore 64. It was awesome. Boulder Dash used to irk me a bit with those damn butterflies things. Can't remember which level had those butterflies things.
I think that's about all I can think of for now XD

. . .
Stupid PVP land in WOW. I now call it f**kerland. I hate it. I'm stupid frickin' horde fodder. Loathe. Despise. Hate. Rage. Anger. Desire to mass slaughter mounting... if only... strong enough... to...
...
Frickin' hordies can go f**k themselves, what good can slaughtering a frickin lv 31 newb offer a lv 80 god? Jack shit, that's what. I just wanna run my frickin' quests. I don't even LIKE PVP, I only joined because my friend's on that server. You know, they should have a 'will never be PVP' option instead of forcing every gebdamn body on the bloody server to be PVP.
