Technically not really mecha or animé I guess, but I put a figure of Spike Spiegel in there so... This was something comletely new for me... Scratchbuilding a car for in a Post Apocalyptic setting. As a basis I used a 1/24 kit of a Toyota MR-S, but soon none of it was left and it was more pieces of plasticard and a lot of putty than anything else. I almost litteraly sanded my arse of on this one and it's is anything but a clean build that way (just look at the in-progress pics linked below). But I learnt a lot from making this, and scratchbuilding comes a lot more easy now. And yeah, those wheelhousings were ping-pong balls. Reminds me of the batmobile mixed with the car from i Robot meets James Bond XD Loved how you put Spike in there.

It's good! I love the gattling in the nose.
Although, I'm not sure a car really counts as mecha, so I'll move it to the general board.

Batmobile, that's what other people said as well. A white bat... Would this be the Owlmobile? Though I'm not sure what Spike would think of that.
