Wellll.... I figure I'll start dumping random shiz on here. XD Edit: Nah, this will be my little log on the Technicolour project...
I'm gonna start a project on Tegaki... the opening post is no hint to what the project's gonna look like... I'm using the opening post as the background to my Tegaki blog, hence the relative blandness...
(WK deleted entry! STUPID ME but I was pissy and it sucked anyway.)
This is so far from my usual style... XD;
Based on the line "When I'm feeling blue, black and white seems to follow me" from Technicolour by Andy Hunter. (It'll make more sense when/if I finish the project.)

XD Very nom... Speaking of nom, here is a rough sketch of Kut'ra... who got exaggerated for the "black and white" following Kuva. I have a newfound respect for cartoonists and surrealists. I'm such a fox/jackal person when it comes to canids... I think Kut'ra still has too much fox, despite drawing a wolf five times. Anyway, like I said, Technicolour's going to go against my normal style... It's going to be loose, with unstable characters that constantly change. Kut'ra's the worst, as his markings and shape change a lot... But I still wanted to sketch a basic look of him to get myself used to it. To do so, I had to draw a wolf, then keep drawing it, stripping down the number of lines used and exaggerating some features and adding points... Not like this really matters to anyone. XD; (The 'shape' referred to in the sketch is referring to ... part of the reason I'm doing this project, really. I'll explain after I get a couple of posts up.) ETA: Kuva and Stigma Vale. I ultimately had to draw them Wiki style because that loose style is so weird XD; You might be noticing a pattern here. *points to Stigma's hair and Kut'ra's points.* It'll look more organised in the project, I'm just slapping ideas here. I think I still need to work on Kut'ra and Stigma's designs. They're not quite right.

What's this style all about?
Sorry, I really don't understand much about art styles ^^;

Thanks, Shadow!
Ghostie: it's ... just a loose style, and I'm not used to it. It's also supposed to be less anime-y but that's failing, as evident in Stigma. Kuva's pretty much what I want, but Stigma is nothing like what I want, except that he has long hair.
It's supposed to be more basic, and making Kuva and Stigma noticably different people while they're so basic is not working for me. (You've seem my characters, you know how copy-paste their faces look.)
I don't know much about styles either, XD; I just know that what I'm doing now is not what I do normally. XD;

I got Kut'ra how I wanted. Stigma still needs work... And I need to get the paper up here. I did some sketches of parts of the project. (It looks a bit weird, but I'll scan it. XD)

Just a brief rant about my current icon... Which is if I change it... XD If shading is a pain... Shading a Brazilian Rainbow Boa Naga is a living HELL. The shading (which yes, I abused the purple shading, but it's because he's a rainbow boa) went through four different attempts... And the rainbow "highlights" (the green/blue) took six... no, I think SEVEN different attempts. Blue wasn't right. Green wasn't right. It was too light, too dark, too dull, too solid (though that isn't counted because there's a thing called layer transparency) but I've finally reached something I'm okay with. I'll still be dinking with it in attempt to get it perfect, but it's maybe a B+ right now, so it's presentable. XD

X3 Thankies!
Yea... I think there might be more green than most of the BRB pictures I've seen, but it's hard to figure out how the sheen would work on a human face. XD
