Alright so pretty much all the animes have at least 1 plot hole or concept that really bugs you. Zoids CC/GF: I REALLY wish we got to know more about the ancient zoidians. Like how the specific ones were chosen and how they have the connection to their organoids. Zoids NC: Where did the Ultimate X zoids come from, or how were they created? Why were they made? Why was the Fury buried? How is Alteil the only one who knows about ultimate x zoids? (Though Toros and Laon seemed to know about them too << >> ) Fuzors: Why did they go power rangers? XD Genesis: If some of the sky people came back down to the planet to live on it again, wouldn't they bring their technology and culture with them? Even if they didn't you would think they'd at least pass down stories of the past.

One thing that bothered me about cc/gf was actually how the Zoid Eve thing was toned down alot and then bam, we're resurrecting it like right now. I don't why, but I felt that GF travelled a little too fast and didn't focus on things. And they did make Hiltz's part somewhat ambiguous and I wish that he and Fiona had more interaction like she did with Reese.

Oh yeah... they totally should patch up those plot holes but all we can do is theorize or rant about the plotholes... XD
I'm curious about them too ._.

@ncz - I'm like a lot of people, I think the UX's were organoid-zoids that continued to evolve over time... Pointing to the whole Fury's with three Genosaurers thing. As for why no one seemed to know, perhaps after a couple generations, organoids (thus UX) were passed off as myth and only the loony believed in them like what happens today with people and cryptids. Remember how the Committee of Seven or whatever the leader-group of BD was, laughed at Alteil because he was searching so hard? As for the sky people, perhaps some of them came down with rudimentary technology... Like how if you're going somewhere without power outlets, you end up taking your CD/MP3 player instead of a whole computer. This would explain why the people on the ground had forms of electricity and crude computers. Just my guess. I'm so with you on Classic zoids, though. They didn't flesh out the ancient history of Zi that well. And I could not tell you about fuzors. XD It hurt me too much to watch. what bugs me most is WHY IS POLTA WEARING THE (uber cool) VISOR?! what's it do? What's his real eyecolour? Is he blind or sensitive to light, or does he just wear it to look effing awesome?

I think the plot holes that caused me the most grief were the ones caused by the removal of clips in the English dub.
I seem to recall a scene in GF where Hiltz was flying a Whale King into... was it the headquarters or something? What happened after that? Was the clip removed or did they just decide not to tell us?

*coughs* someone mentioned deleted scenes? And I have no idea how many of you know... but here's the site with the scenes omitted from the english version: members.multimania.co.uk/derangedhyena/I totally deathstared at the screen for like... minutes after seeing a few cut scenes. Zoids woulda been helluva more awesome XD

I can't remember rightly about this, but I believe the episode was actually had no scenes cut from it. I think I remember reading it on a Japanese Zoids Fansite that said that because it was an episode that pretty much caught you up and put pieces together, they didn't want to turn it into something bigger but had to add on to the episode for time. And about those deleted scenes, I've watched all of them and I'm wondering if they thought Reese was a boy at first, based off one of the clips from the episode where Thomas fights Karl.

CC/GF: That bit where Prozen points out that death follows heroes too and Van just brushes it off, never to be properly mentioned again ever, sums up my main issue with the whole series: shounen fun action or serious war/doom. Pick one. If you don't want to break Van with that issue, just don't raise it! (This is why I love episodes like the white Gordos and Zoid Hunters, but flail at the overall series...)
I actually think they did better at poking serious impact of stuff with Riese than any of the war plotlines, which is...um. Pity a lot of that got cut for blood, and Riese mostly got to stand and say Raaaaaaven a lot near the end D:.
/Zero: The direction/pacing in episode 25. It's obviously rushed, as are all the rematches with past teams, which = a lot of playing Catch The Idiot Ball. I suspect that was a case of them running out of time, so I don't hate too much. Runner up goes to the cheese that is the BF shrugging off all those CPCs. I didn't like hide-behind-shield-lol moments with the Breaker, the BF mostly subverted that otherwise so it's kinda frustrating to see possible rematch-expanding time spent on that instead.
Fuzors: The EL. Pierce makes no sense (if you're mad at Alpha, WHY attack the guy who hates him AFTER helping him before?) and thinks "stand still and raise shield" is viable piloting for something maneuverable that can accelerate near-instantly to speeds a Veyron would envy. 'Kay then. A lot of other random stuff in Fuzors ended up making a lot more sense by the end, which makes his BLARGH I RANDOMLY ATTACK type stuff more disappointing than it would be otherwise.
Genesis: The end arc and atrociously directed/cut end battle, but especially Ra-Kan (whyyy not be the only anime to off a main "good" character?) and the Gildragon just vanishing. Seriously, if a battle story not-overpowered-and-oversized Gilvader can survive a crash landing into water and SWIM to still kill things, the Gildragon sans wings should have been able to get off its bum and WALK to the end battle :p.
Riese talks like a boy (well, in Japanese—think if you could turn "tomboy" into speech patterns) and is quite ambigous-looking until that catsuit, so yeah. Not that I'm complaining.

Comrade Tilly OMG I don't like the end battle in Genesis either. The ending was too rushed (see my random sleep hazed hate of it in the love and hate thread). I still needlessly wrack my brain over it.

lol yeah. I mean I liked Fuzors, but not near as much as the other series. I really think if the obvious animation problem had been fixed, it would have been much more successful. :/
I really don't like that they cut out nearly all of Reese's character development. And the ending of GF felt rather rushed. I mean, I wish they had allowed more episodes to show some of the character development *cough*Raven*cough* and the Shadow's rebirth arc. That felt decently rushed in my opinion. There should have been some blood in that scene, really. Shadow's got razor-sharp teeth and claws for Eve's sake!! D:
All of NC0 felt rushed to me too. :/
