Well hi there, I'm Pirate, usually known as Whizz, better known as sky-pirates over at deviantart! I'm a newbie zoider, long-time appreciator hailing from the frankly zoidless land of England. My main contributions to the zoids community have been my organoid drawings and my custom zoid design, the Blizzard Lynx (or his older brother, the Gravity Lynx, who I find hideous, quite frankly, but everyone else seems to love him much more!).

As I said, my zoids collection is rather small, at the moment I only have a Shield Liger and a Command Wolf Irvine (both the Tomy versions), I'm hoping to get another Shield Liger for customising purposes in the near future and a Death Stinger when I can afford to, because seriously, the Death Stinger is just the coolest thing around! As well as that, I'd really love a LeoBlaze, but as I said, those are thoughts for when I can actually get a job.

Anyway, I hope I haven't rambled on too much, I'm hoping to have a great time here at the Zoidian and yeah, I hope you guys are as wonderful as I think!

Hmm, you share the same first two Zoids as I did! My first was Shieldy followed by Irvine wolf the next day.

@adlas Nice to feel wanted. I recognise the username, have you got anything in the Zoidsfans club by any chance ? I was never much of a fan of Geno Breakers, just found them a little weird looking personally :o

@deathy Everywhere needs at least one evil mod, nothing'd get done and all the rules'd get broken otherwise. Keep up the good work

@celtic I recall that you have excellent taste in CC/GF characters, none of this "Raven is the best villain evuh" business!

@ghost Liger Pretty sure I've seen your stuff too! Yeah, I got mine in exactly the same order and spent half an afternoon trying to attach the head to the thing, I got my Command Wolf the next month, a bargain because the box was all banged up!

Good to know I'm not the only one! Hrm, I wonder if I could build a zoid out of crumpets?

And I would also like to agree that I too am sick of the whole "Raven is teh best" crap going on. He's quite the angry little prick he is. And I hate the whole Raven = Invincible thing going on in GF.

No one had great character development like he did though.
I def agree Raven is not the best ever. But I like all well developed characters (and Hiltz).

Ha, XD Yea, I used to like Raven, but the fact that he was the favourite character of someone who ended up shitting on me, I like him a little less. XD I like Joyce (manga!Raven) more, but there's no way I think he's THE BEST EVAR. He's too much of a jerk with no thought to his actions, and can get away with anything. From Zoids, I think the best villains are either the patient (and whitehaired) Prozen, or maybe Polta. Why Polta? Mainly because he IS a threat, but you never really get that from the shit Bit dishes out on him. (He has Naomi by the balls if you'll pardon the phrase, up until Leon burst in... And Naomi gave Bit some trouble, so that should be a hint that he knows how to twist things into a victory.)

I so agree with the evil mod thing. I was on a forum and ended up wracking a bad rep there because the admin (same Raven loving friend that shitted on me) was trying to be nice and stuff (ironic), and after the same rule got broken 11 times, I got sick of it and just blew up. XD
