Usually when I watch anime, I watch it for the storyline and if it has an interesting plot, I usually will watch all the way to the end. However, on live action shows (which is why i don't like reality tv), I'm bound to a show when I can relate to one of it characters.
One of the characters I most relate to is one of the housewives on DH and well, her actress is looking into new work and soon Katherine Mayfair will no longer be a part of Wisteria Lane. It saddens me however, I understand that people have to find new things to do and series go down the drain anyways. I pretty much watched Friends from beginning to end and was sad when it was done, but it had a nice run.
So I'm wondering, is there a character in a book, a movie, a tv show or maybe, i don't know, someone who you don't know personally but relate to really well?

I'm told I'm like Abby from NCIS... and I'm bound to agree. XD And I always always always (except once because he wasn't a result) get Akabane Kurodo on Getbackers personality quizes.
As for relating? I tend to lean towards Ringo Smith in the Daystar Voyages books. Like Ringo, I can pick up on sounds a lot quicker (though I tend to pick up on extreme frequencies - mostly high pitched noises, though sometimes deep sonic rumbles - or movement-oriented sounds like rustling better than spoken sounds) and I have a distinct lack of useful skills like him too. XD (I also like Daystar Voyages because of Zeno Thrax the albino, but you did (not) hear that from me. XD)

In fact today, I called my friend to ask her if she wanted to go see West Side Story and for the life of me I could not remember the title even though I was thinking about it 5 minutes before |

I don't really know, I find it hard to judge myself, I've been told I look a bit like Stephen Fry and I suppose we share some characteristics. I also acted a bit like Capt. Jack Sparrow once when I disagreed with something, I made a dismissive hand gesture which cracked Ghostie up. Really, I think I'll hand this one to Ghostie and then I'll think of ones for Ghostie. I know of one already, and ironically Celtic, it's Abby from NCIS I know that I'm probably like McGee from NCIS  EDIT: Now that I think of it, I ponder if I'm more like Ducky than I am McGee... Ghostie, what do you think? ;D |
