Just a sneak peek at my latest stripped Claw.
He's not done yet because his shoulder armour is still in the stripper... Seems that the colour of the plastic has an effect on how easy the chrome is to remove.
It took about a week or so for the green/black of Night Fight to be fully stripped, but this gold plastic was coming off easily with a brush after just four hours.
The reason he's missing his shoulder armour is because it's black underneath, so it's taking longer, like Night Fight's plastic.
That's another interesting point... At first I wondered if it had a part swap before it came to me, but when I checked my display Claw, I realised that has exactly the same colour! I did part swap my Claw when I got it (I got two in the lot at the time and so I made one good Claw out of two bad ones), but I can't remember if I swapped those particular parts, or what was under the other Claw, so either this was released this way, or it's one heck of a coincidence!
All I know is, his colour reminds me of Werthers Originals, and neon green does not suit him!
