Might I throw in my few cents?

I suggest a posting order. Pirate will post first, then we make a constant pattern. That way nobody gets left out and its easier to keep up with.

Though, I have another question. When this RP is over...how are you going to turn it into a fic?

Do you really want to do that? What if person in turn 4 ends up disappearing? Trust me, I have had it happen and I have done it. Then people would be left going

Well...perhaps a compromise. We only do posting order in battles so nobody gets 2 moves to one.

As for turn posting.. That could be a bit of a pain. I think, so long as people are reasonable with how many other people post between their posts, then it'll be fine. Make it a personal judgement.

I think we make this NC:0 style, maybe we come up with some little storyline for why the battle is going on, who the teams are, how they met, etc. but we'll worry about that once we're done :3

Hmm, then perhaps we should start submitting WHO will be competing then. And since it's NC:0 style...that means that organoids arent allowed anyway, a perfect compromise. I'll go ahead and start.

I'm against a rigid posting order. That's always been a pain for me in the past. Scattered posting has always worked for me and whatever forums I've been on, but there is always the risk of someone getting left behind. We can worry about that later though.

However, I'm not sure if I like the battle idea. I think a free-roam, CC/GF-esque like setting would be good, so the people could do whatever they want and not be restricted to battles. But, that's just my opinion, and I'm the 'new girl' so ignore me if you want.

For some reason I forsee a combination kinda like Legacy, tournament-type and free roam...That's always fun.

A Legacy-like timezone would be good! That way we could bring in canon characters (if wanted) and OCs without there being too much of a clash. Although, I fear there might be fights over who gets to be the canon characters though. I think if that's the case, then the people with the most experience writing a particular character should get the chance to write that character.

But that's just me.

We're saying no organoids, so I'm not sure about allowing Ultimate Xs. Since an Ultimate X essentially has the power of zoid + organoid

Name: Emeri Grey
Age: 22-27
Gender: Female
Species: Human
Zoid: Rev Raptor
Appearance: Dark blue hair, nearly black, fair, but not pale, skin. Clothes is kinda difficult to explain
Personality: Usually reasonably friendly, but rarely makes herself too attached to the people she works, just enough for the perks of the job, ie. borrowing equipment, zoids etc.
History: Her father was in the Imperial army, so she was given his Rev Raptor when she was old enough. It was her first zoid, and still is the only one she owns. Obviously, after years of military service (it belonged to someone else before Emeri's daddy!), it's in pretty bad nick, and can be temperamental at times.
Anything else?: Emeri is a mercenary, which makes explaining her place in a team pretty easy!

Edit The trouble with free-roam RPGs is that there's always the risk of nothing happening. Although I see what you mean about the battle-style being rigid. I didn't play Legacy so iunno about that!

And, it's nothing to do with you being the new girl Rebirth, but I'd have to say a big fat NO to canon characters. Some people may not play a character in the way another person would imagine it, and it could just lead to arguments.

Easy solution there. We go by battle story stats, the OS is far from uncommon, even Rev Raptors have them. Ultimate X is anime only, it shouldnt count here. That way people can use their favorites and battles are based on skill alone, a much more fun idea.

I'm still not sure about Ultimate Xs, though I'll leave it to popular opinion.

And game stats makes things a little complicated, also alienates those of us (myself included) who haven't played the games.

Im simply talking the typical stats from places like the Zoids Wiki, meaning that even a molga can beat a Deathsaurer if the pilot was good enough XD No offence Deathy...*hides in fear of Zenebas Cannon*

Yeah Raptor... I realized how stupid my post sounded after posting it. *bashes head on desk* Yeah, my fault. Sorry about that suggestion. ^^;

Legacy basically had all the series bashed into one, so anything went. ^^;
