Just wonderin cause I went to DCI Quarterfinals yesterday and it was amazing!

What exactly do they stand for. I can find a lot of different subjects which those initials, but I'm not sure exactly which one's correct... I'm guessing some sporting thing said you said Quarter Finals *At this point it's obvious Ghostie is totally not a sports fan* DCI sanctioned Wizards of the Coast Magic Tournaments?

Haha, it's a sport of the arts. DCI stands for Drum Corps International, though most of the corps are from the United States. WGI stands for Winter Guard International which is formed from two major sections of drum corps, the drumline and the color guard. There are a few international winter guards and drumlines, I know of one from England.
I did color guard in high school and since the finals are held in my state, I've naturally been to see drum corps many times and I'm always awed at the amount of work and time they put into a show for which they seldom receive anything for.
