Death Stinger ZS is recolour of the existing Death Stinger mould.
It was the Thirteenth Zoid to be released as part of the Yuji Kaida line and, like all Zoids from that line, is Limited Edition.
ZS stands for Zarka Special (Dr Zarka apparently being its creator in the battle story).
Whilst the original Death Stinger was from the Guylos Empire, the ZS is from the Neo Zenebas and comes with a re-made sticker sheet to include the Zenebas faction and some custom stickers.
Like the original Death Stinger, the ZS is compatible with CP-16 (Zoids Controller)
Apparently the ZS was subject to poor sales.

Bought this kit on a whim and don't regret it one bit.
The new pale gold and red colour scheme makes the ZS look very regal in comparison to the original.
Having said that, the ZS is at the higher end of the price scale so it might be a turn off for casual collectors.
Recommended for Rare Zoid hunters and Completists!
