Knew you were tracing as soon as I set my eyes on the Gildy/Gilvy. Like Ghostie said, don't trace, it isn't cool... please make your own work in the future.

I know, i normally don't trace but i did for the fury and Gil to get the feel for zoids, My next one is not traced which is the zero Schneider, but my photoshop is playing up on me , probably has something to do with me having 4GB left on my hard drive LOL

Tracing is not the way to get a feel for Zoids.

A good way to get the feel of zoids is to take a smaller model of your possession and draw it while studying the model. That's how I started, drew the command wolf several times, and now I can draw most of it from memory. (Tomy, not HMM.)

Yeah tracing isn't cool at all. If you want to get the feel of a zoid, repetition is the best. Just draw it over and over again, like Deathy with the Command Wolf. You'll learn how to build and layer shapes then so you can draw different poses.

Here's another suggestion I have, though I'm not sure this will help you at all. XD
When I want to learn a zoid using just pictures, to help me remember, I'll look up a bunch of pics, then make a zoidanoid, IE, humanoid zoid. Did that with Deathsaurer before I got Kai and in doing that, I realized the similarities between Deathsaurer and Geno Breaker/Saurer (which I had zoidanoided previously) so in trying to conform the designs to a human form, I learned them a lot quicker than tracing or even copying a model.

I'm with the PRACTISE LOTS AND LOTS point of view (although drawing zoidanoids is hella fun!)
..In fact that's something I should really do, my zoids look different everytime I draw them it seems >_>
