Not really leaving, but I'm probably only going to be on maybe once a week or so. Obviously I haven't been on here as much as I have in the past and that's mostly cuz life's pretty crazy right now and I just haven't had the time. The little photography studio I've been working at is slowly closing down and my hours have been cut pretty good. Hence why I started commissions over on DA. Since everyone has a digital camera now and can make their own prints anywhere, photography studios are having some hard times.
With that a friend and I are going back to school for web design since we are having trouble finding graphic design jobs. Everyone wants the graphic designer to also be a web designer so they only have to hire a single person instead of two. So we're searching for schools and apartments.
We're also in our severe thunderstorm/tornado season here and just this week we got hit pretty hard by a storm and tornado. Thankfully the actual tornado was just north of us, but we still got the winds. The only damage we have is some fallen trees and the power went out for a day. We always seem to get lucky that the huge trees always fall into the woods instead of the direction of the house. Some of my neighbors weren't so lucky and had the sidings and roofs of their house completely ripped off. Going to busy with the clean up.
