Today, Toysnjoys was having a sale so I walked in and grabbed the figure in question for two bucks. The packaging is beaten to hell and back, but still intact.
As previously mentioned, he's part of the Zoids Mini Collection (listed as #6). The back just lists Shadow's stats.
Length: 4.2m
Height: 2.1m
Mass:238 kg
Maximum Speed: 70 kph
Oddly, your Shadow seems to be a lot closer to the proper color. Mine is almost Barney-purple.

Well considering they made adjustments for a Raven Geno.... it's only a good possibility since they did several CC Zoids like Van's Shieldy/BL, Saber Tiger SS, Raven Geno... and did the NC0 Zoids like HMM LZ with Bit in it, Brad Wolf, Leena Gunny. But who knows really XD
