That's where me and Electric are right now, in Wales. We've been traveling since 11am, got here about 10 to 6ish. It's now 10 to 8 and we're still waiting in line for our accommodation. Just when we finally got inside we discovered there's another cue going on inside the building! So we're still here, waiting!
Started a new thread rather than write it in spam since I'm planning to update it as we go.

@blaze: Ya, there's a lot of people, far more than Pontins were prepared for. There was a long line for the Signing Passes, but they realised their system couldn't work and made it a free for all. @deathy: You never know what might happen in the future XD Btw, I apologize if these posts are a bit disjointed, I'm on my phone and it's hard to type XD; Today was busy, Keab got searched at gunpoint while we were getting our morning shop. Confused them by having an empty bag XD We got to see Sylvester McCoy (7th Doctor) in a Q&A. He's hilarious. Managed to get my new River Song replica journal signed by him (would've been more poignant for Alex Kingston to do it, but she had to cancel) Was surprised though, was expecting it to be a lot larger than it actually was. Think they needed a bigger venue. And Barter Town was mostly books. The only anime or manga thing I could find was a small amount of postcards of anime girls wearing a small amount of clothes. Loooads of cosplay (again not manga or anything) So, on with the pics. The view outside the chalet Darth Vader does his morning shop Aliens invade the area while we wait in line for signing passes (before we realized we didn't need to) Electric and a dalek and other Dr Who stuff My new steampunk broach and a Pinkie Pie

Ya, it was a hard choice as to whether I was gonna get it (it was £45) but it commanded me. I'm actually gonna turn it into a necklace. I feel it's not meeting its full potential as a brooch
Now waiting in line for Brian Blessed. Could be some time.....

When you've been brought up in flat Essex and Suffolk, that's a mountain to me XD
We waited 3 and a half to 4 hours queueing for Brian Blessed and I got a bit miffed the afternoon signing VIPs were getting put through before the last of the morning standard. I mean there were like 12 of us. Wouldn't have taken long to just get us out the way. When I complained one guy at the back of the VIP line claimed he'd been there since half 10. I asked why he was at the back of the afternoon queue since the morning VIPs went ages ago and his response was "we left and came back' Excuse me? How is that waiting since half 10? Seriously, VIP passes cost only a fiver. They're more of a souvenir, yet people buy them and suddenly they get a big head.
On the bright side Brian loved my outfit and he patted me on the cheek when he left for his Q&A
Will update with more info and better pics when I get home.

Oh that broach is pretty sweet! I think it would work well as a necklace instead. My friends and I always take our PSPs with us to anime conventions to make the waiting seem not so bad.

Heh, I'd take my DS to cons but I usually try to get the Early Bird tickets so I can just go in after seeing how long the registration queue is... but it's always terribly crowded in the market section, lol.
