I'll be honest, I'm planning on passing up the HMM Fury for this *hides* It has always been one of my favorite Seeker designs ever.
So yeah, Starscream from the Hearts of Steel TF comics. The Transformers wake up in the industrial revolution instead of modern times and feature some really cool steampunk designs. There's never been any figures of them, but now two studios are making them with Starscream being the first in line. Not too much info on them, but they look awesome.
Mastermind Creations
This studio seems to be making it more exact to the look than the other and also doesn't look like it will transform. Under the name "air screech" to avoid copyright problems.
DI Studio
Looks like it will transform, and with that, you have a lot more bulkiness/stiffness look to the figure.
