LOL these days you would probably need all of them, I already need two insurances for my current car, let alone if it were a living being of some sort!

my guess : car insurance, don't think there would be much a doctor could do to repair a transformer

If we needed A dangerous dog licence for a command wolf, that would mean if I were to own a Brastle I would need to obtain a Big Cat licence
