As promised here's some the shots from MCM
First off we had to be at the station at an ungodly hour in the morning and thought this looked quite pretty
The main entry hall when we arrived.
The awesome friend who paid for our train tickets, dressed as a TF2 Sniper
Some cosplays, including a Portal 2 Atlas (I believe there was a P-Body around somewhere too)
See that huuuuuuuuuuge crowd at the back of the hall? That's the line for those buying tickets on the day. See that really empty space? That's the queuing area for those who bought their tickets in advance [/smug]

Keab's sister Mkeab finally manages to locate us, dressed as a dalek. She threatened me with a whisk TT_TT
Mkeab and her friend who was dressed as the 11th Doctor
The photoshoot finally start to get a little organised, with a Space Core and Companion Cube getting in on the action

An Engineer gets brutally murdered by a "Balloonicorn"
I think it was this point they all started signing "Still Alive" and "Want you gone"

Actually this may have been the point where they started singing
Electric took this photo for me while I was absent (Either grabbing lunch or in the loo, I forget which) and I'm kinda kicking myself because I totally wanted to hug that awesome Zero cosplayer.
Twilight Sparkle and Rainbow Dash in gala dresses. Electric's inner Brony showed with how quick he headed over to get a photo XD

And finally we never got a full photo of my outfit while we were out, so here it is with the tail
So there you have it, mine and Electric's very first visit to a large scale convention. SFX Weekender and the old Clacton con aren't even in MCM's league.
Sadly we didn't manage to get any autographs due to stupidly long cues. If we'd waited we wouldn't have been able to do anything else. All in all it was a great day, but it's just typical that I just get into a new anime series (Code Geass) and stuff related to it is hard to find at such a big con. Did come away with a wallet, a box of art cards, a pre-built Lancelot Figure and a Guren model kit from the series though, so it wasn't a total loss.
Also got some Pokemon stuff and an RCZ Gul Tiger (They had HMMs but they were pricey and I still haven't built the other HMMs I already have). Also pocky. Had to be pocky.
