Well it's been two weeks but I got good news today, the repaint is OFFICIALLY COMPLETE, I can pick up the car Monday (cos the paint is still soft right now and can be ruined). So~ Let's have some before pics to show why I wanted a repaint...  A D-shaped dent in my door from someone opening their door into my car. Not a simple nudge, either. the motherfucker left a foot-long D dent in my door.  A keying that has been happening to virtually any Dollar Tree workers, I have noticed them on all the Dollar Tree employees cars.  This is what most of the faults start as. Little silver bubbles. Then:  they start to flake...  Fade...  Peel...  Spread...  And it's all over my car. The panel going over the window is completely flat, missing all of the clear topcoat.  All down the side of my car, from back bumper...  Down the side...  To the front.  Even on the roof. EXPECT PICTURES ON MONDAY. |

Oh you have a Sunfire? Always liked the look of that car and I was looking at one myself before going with the Neon. I can see why you wanted a repaint though, can't wait to see the pretty new paint job ^^

Does some nutjob have an issue with dollar tree or something? Lets hope a keying don't happen to the new paint job. should look pretty sweet when done though

@sblade - I was hooked on the sunfire when I had to trade in my Honda. XD; Honda = Major flippin' basic. One sideview mirror (factory, IE, it was BUILT that way), no AC, no Cruise control, no power windows, no power locks, no fancy bells and whistles at all. Sunfire = frikkin' fancy as all getout. it has Cruise Control, power windows, power locks, air conditioning (ohthankgod), a sunroof, adjustable equilizer (and great quality speakers on top of that, frikkin eh), speed control volume (IE, you go fast, radio get loud. you slow down, it go shush), fog lights, front AND back speakers... It was CULTURE SHOCK. I love it. XD And it'll be so pretty now... @vig - I have no idea. I first thought it was someone that had a beef with me. I could only think of one person though, and when I thought about it, and it was Inventory (meaning everybody and their frikkin' mother went to work at DT), I looked at the cars. They all had keyings on their car, and some of them I don't know how. I mean, Johnny I can understand, Margie and Me, maybe if it was Johnny (ruled out by having keying on his own car), but Millie? No one could hate Millie, she's never in a bad mood, she's always nice, she's always polite... Hitler couldn't even hate her. That's what baffles my mind. And it's all in the same place, the passenger side behind the front door.  |

I was all excited cuz I had power locks and windows now, but what sold me on the car was that it had the shiny orange inside too around the gear shift and the main center console. I recently got a new radio for it to play songs off my mp3 or usb and it changes colors to the songs XD |

We originally lived in the mountains so it wasn't needed. Then when we moved to the beach ... I had to drive a different car during the summer. XD; REPAINT DOOOOONE GORGEOUS YES YES YES     No more freckly bumper!  Not that you could see it in the befores but where I'm now touching used to be dimpled, crumpled like paper. Now it's smoooooooth.  No more dent!    That horrid streak of 'snow' is gone! So shiny I can see myself! And so can you, whoops. XD  Now the Pontiac crest looks faded. I must play with sharpies.  Roof is better, too! |

Yis, very very shiny!  And @risky, let me upload the iPod shitscribbles I did... ........    My ultimate goal. (For the record, that would be metallic paint, not glowy, but my other iPod paint app was lame so I used the glow draw app.) |
