I'm betting the ride(r) thing comes from a word like 乗り, which I see a lot for piloting a Zoid but is closer to ride if one is literal...

Yeah, as soon as I read this, I had a fit... OMG NO WAY!!!!! AND THIS IS IN EUROPE!? MAYBE I'LL BE ABLE TO WATCH IT!! And maybe they will release the zoid models too...? That would be a dream COME TRUE for me! I really want one of those Murasame Ligers! I was close to getting one once but my Dad wouldn't buy it for me (I'm too young for Paypal  ) I'm gonna keep an eye out for this on the TV! |

I really, really hate to be the downer but we posted this months ago and still nothing on the site has been updated.  I check it from time to time hoping their will be some movement on the genesis page but nothing as of yet. I'm curious to know if they posted that trailer having just gotten a hold of anime or if they were well into the process of dubbing it when they released the trailer. Would give us a clue how soon to expect it. All we can do is wait and hope. I think shipping from Europe is less expensive then from Hong Kong/ Japan so it would definitely help me. XD And a European release is probably going to be a dry run for a possible release in the US. If it does well in Europe chances are the US will get the anime and merch soon after. That's my take on it. XD |

I guess that would be because Zoids were more popular in America. If it takes off here, it'll be a killer in the US.

Haha totally! I could just imagine it.
The Zoids Fandom Line... ;D
And I have a suggestion about why it's taking so long. They could still be dubbing it. From what I know dubbing is a very long process.
I'll keep an eye on the website too. I'm also gonna do some research, see if I can find when the first episode is meant to air and on what channel. Maybe that will put our minds at ease!
But if I don't find anything, nobody die, ok?
And also, the zoids genesis model line will be sucessful, because I'M here! I'll stand outside Toys R us, waiting for it to open, then i'll run inside with a shopping trolley and throw every single model there into it! (I think some of you have noticed by now that I am geniunely crazy. ;D )
