My poor Hasbro Revvy Raptor has seen so much harshness that it's pretty much done for as a model. I want to give it new life as a poseable custom. Any recommendations on what I should use to precision-cut some of the pieces? Techniques would also be helpful.

Precision... Hmm, dunno about that, but my gunsniper was flexied... Do you have Vega's tut for small flexi? That's what helped me with Mitchell.

Yeah, that looks kinda good, thanks guys.
Any advice for smoothing the rough edges after cutting? I know sanding is the traditional method, but the scratches bother me. I've been thinking of using a hot object to gradually melt the plastic into smoothness, but I would like some second opinions before going through with it.
